Who We Serve
Justice-Involved Individuals & Families
Strong Pathways primarily serves individuals who are rebuilding after incarceration or navigating probation and parole. We understand that justice involvement rarely affects just one person — it impacts children, parents, partners, and entire families.
In many communities, including tribal and rural communities, the effects of addiction, trauma, and incarceration have touched multiple generations. We recognize that reality and provide steady, respectful peer support for people working to break cycles and rebuild stability.
Recovery & Mental Health Support
We also support individuals working through addiction and mental health challenges who want structure, accountability, and encouragement from someone with lived experience.
Our approach is grounded, practical, and focused on real-life rebuilding — not labels.
Restoring Dignity Through Virtual Peer Support.
Strong Pathways LLC serves as a virtual bridge for adults navigating the transition from incarceration to the community. We recognize the specific trauma and systemic hurdles faced by Native American individuals and provide a culturally sensitive, peer-led environment for healing and stability. Our mission simplifies the path to family reconnection, parole compliance, and sustainable employment, fostering a supportive infrastructure where every person is empowered to reclaim their narrative and build a foundation of enduring strength.
What We Offer
Peer Mentoring & Recovery Support
Skill Building for Real Life
Goal Setting & Personal Growth
We provide one-on-one virtual peer support from someone with lived experience in recovery or justice involvement. Our role is to walk alongside you, share practical insight, and offer steady encouragement as you move forward.
We help you strengthen everyday recovery skills, including coping strategies, communication, decision-making, problem solving, and building healthy routines. Support is practical, strengths-based, and focused on long-term stability.
We work with you to clarify your goals, identify your strengths, and break larger goals into manageable next steps. Peer support helps you stay focused, motivated, and accountable.
Emotional Support & Encouragement
Understanding Systems & Preparing for Next Steps
Recovery and re-entry can feel overwhelming. We provide consistent encouragement, a non-judgmental space to talk things through, and support during life transitions.
We help you better understand how systems work and prepare you to take action. This may include practicing conversations, organizing thoughts, or exploring options so you feel confident taking your next step.
Cultural Resilience
Healing Roots & Ancestral Wisdom
We provide trauma-informed, peer-led support designed specifically for Native American communities. Our services are delivered by a certified Peer Support Specialist with lived experience in recovery and firsthand understanding of growing up on a reservation.
We integrate traditional values with practical re-entry and recovery support — helping individuals strengthen stability, reconnect with family, and build sustainable futures.
All services are provided virtually across Arizona and can be accessed by phone or video, making support available even in rural and reservation communities with limited internet access.
